Role Overview
We’re seeking experienced Credit and Collections Specialists to collaborate with CreditEben on client engagements. This is a flexible contract role ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and value ethical, bilingual service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor client AR portfolios to ensure timely collections
- Conduct credit assessments and recommend risk mitigation strategies
- Resolve disputes and billing discrepancies with professionalism
- Collaborate with internal and client teams to improve credit processes
- Maintain accurate records and reporting for client engagements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in credit and collections
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (English and French preferred)
- Familiarity with ERP systems and Excel
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Consulting experience is a plus
- Certified Credit Professional (CCP) designation is an asset

Key Responsibilities
- Assess creditworthiness of clients and vendors using financial data and qualitative factors
- Analyze AR aging reports and identify risk patterns or collection priorities
- Recommend credit terms and limits aligned with client policies
- Support documentation and reporting for lending and recovery processes
- Collaborate with client teams to resolve disputes and improve cash flow
- Deliver insights and recommendations that help clients make informed decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience in credit analysis, AR management, or collections
- Strong financial acumen and Excel proficiency
- Clear communication skills and client-facing professionalism
- Ability to work independently and adapt to different client environments
